Free trees!
For King County residents, schools, and organizations
Spring Tree Giveaway 2026 was a success!
The 300 Trees annual Spring Tree Giveaway was held on February 27th and 28th at Aldersgate Church in Bellevue. We distributed more than 2,300 trees to residents and organizations across all of King County.
Thanks to our City Partners — Bellevue, Redmond, and Issaquah — and to generous individual donations, we are able to supply residents, schools, organizations, faith communities, and small businesses with trees at no cost.
Already received trees?
If you received trees in our Spring 2026 giveaway, you can find information about caring for them on the Tree Giveaway Information page.
When is the next one?
Come back to this page later to learn about other giveaways in the region, including Bellevue, Issaquah, Redmond, and Sammamish.
The surest way to hear first is to sign up for our newsletter — we announce each giveaway there before it opens, and spaces go quickly.
Who can get trees?
Free trees are available to King County residents, schools, and organizations. Individual giveaways may have their own eligibility rules and limits on how many trees each household can request; those are listed when ordering opens.
