This page collects the practical details for our tree giveaway events. Specifics change from one giveaway to the next, so check back when a new giveaway is announced.
Location
Recent Spring giveaways have been held at Aldersgate Church in Bellevue. The exact address and parking instructions are included in your confirmation.
Dates and times
The Spring 2026 giveaway ran across Friday 27th and Saturday 28th February.
Waitlist pickups begin at 12:15 PM on Saturday only.
Pick-up procedure
Residents arrive during their assigned window, check in, and volunteers help load trees. Bring a vehicle large enough for what you ordered — young trees in pots are taller and heavier than people expect. Gloves and a tarp are useful.
Waitlist
At the end of the giveaway at 12:15 PM on Saturday, all unclaimed trees are given away to those on the waitlist.
Please do not arrive early, as there will be no place for you to park and wait. Those on the waitlist should have received a ticket by email with a pick-up appointment time of 12:15 PM on Saturday.

Tree quantity limits
Each giveaway sets limits on how many trees a household may request, and how many of any one species. These limits keep the selection fair across everyone taking part, and are shown when ordering opens.
